Campus Mobile Payments 1.4.0

Infinite Campus customers who are currently utilizing Campus Payments now have the option to enhance their functionalities by incorporating Campus Mobile Payments.

The Campus Mobile Payments application provides districts and schools with the capability to offer a mobile point-of-sale (POS) experience through Bluetooth-enabled mobile card readers.

It supports an unlimited number of events and locations annually, allowing for flexibility based on your needs.

With grouping event features, users can manage various transactions such as ticket sales, concessions, spirit wear, and fundraiser contributions as a single entity. Multiple mobile POS locations with multiple cashiers can operate concurrently under this system.

Event creation involves linking events to the cashier's device, either school-owned or otherwise, using a secure one-time QR code to register the device with your Infinite Campus instance. Users can obtain a unique PIN for access to events they are authorized to cashier for.

For reporting purposes, administrators can select which purchases to monitor in Infinite Campus by capturing student IDs for all items sold.

Regarding expenses, the only incurred fees are associated with the acquisition of Bluetooth mobile card readers and the standard card processing charges outlined in the Campus Payments agreement.
